Five Sacred Heart Seniors will receive ACE awards for their high level of achievement in College Credit Courses.

The Lady Irish of Sacred Heart cruised to a 46-16 win over Cathedral High School Sunday afternoon at Sacred Heart Gym, winning the Archdiocesan Championship.

Keyed by League MVP Sean Smith (28 points) and Senior Alonzo Rose (14 points), the Irish of Sacred Heart upset top seeded LaSalle Academy.

This past Friday evening, the Sacred Heart High School Parents Association sponsored an Open Gym Night. Students enjoyed basketball, volleyball, soccer, and ping pong with their classmates.

A group of Sacred Heart Seniors completed a breakfast run to Tompkins Square Park this past Saturday.

Responding to student interest, Sacred Heart is pleased to announce a SAT Math Preparation Course that will be offered Tuesday, February 23 through Tuesday, March 22. The course, which includes an SAT Prep Book, will be offered by Ms. Victoria Frost, Chairperson of the Math Department. The cost is $165.

Both Sacred Heart High School and Grade School gathered together for the commemoration of Ash Wednesday yesterday.

he Class of 2016 is planning a "Breakfast Run" into Manhattan on Saturday, February 20. A group of seniors, accompanied by Mrs. McDermott and Fr. Matt, will travel into the City to distribute clothes to the homeless of New York.
